The Pixsys ATR 400 controllers - new to Timecount's product range - have been designed to provide higher configurability with all functions programmable from the front panel. The dual display allows setpoint and measured value to be indicated simultaneously.
These 96 x 48 units accept inputs for Pt100 and thermocouples or 4 to 20 mA and 0 to 10 V. There is a model that can provide for two control loops with two inputs only for thermocouples or V/I. One input for TA-50 mA is always available as a loop break alarm for load control.
Manual and automatic operation are both selectable, as well as soft-start, remote setpoint (via analog input or via RS485 serial communication) and programmable delay start or timed operation. Up to four relay outputs are available dependent on the model. The main relay output also has an additional terminal connection to control SSR. The version with two relays can be supplied with a further output selectable by internal jumpers for signals 0 to 10 V or 0/4 to 20 mA. PID control, autotuning, selectable alarm operating, valve control and MODBUS protocol are standard for all versions.
