The LG GM7 from Ana-Digi is a micro PLC with great capability. Available in basic formats of 10, 20, 30, 40 and 60 I/O, all units except the 10 I/O model can support dial-up modem communication. They are all expandable by up to six 12-bit analog I/O and 48 digital I/O. All units feature a user-definable protocol, enabling the PLC to communicate directly with variable speed drives, temperature controllers, other makes of PLC etc.
They also have dual RS232C communication ports, allowing the connection of HMI and PC simultaneously. All models feature Auto-tune PID control, dual channel high-speed counter, realtime clock option, 0,2 ms pulse catch inputs. Device-net and Profibus compatibility is being finalised and will be available shortly.
The GM7 range carries ISO 9001, CE and UL approvals, making it suitable for use in machines that are destined for export.
