The AIMB-742 industrial grade motherboard, available from ProMicro, is designed with the Intel 865G chipset, which supports the Intel Pentium 4 Prescott processor with 400/533/800 MHz FSB (front side bus). The industrial grade motherboard is built on Intel's 90-nanometer production technology, which enhances the multitasking capabilities of hyper-threading (HT) technology and a larger 1 MB Level 2 (L2) cache. AIMB-742 is a powerful computing platform with advanced I/O features to satisfy any demanding industrial and network application.
AIMB-742 supports up to two SerialATA devices and dual channel DDR 400 SDRAM. It has an onboard AGP 8X graphic controller, eight USB 2.0 ports and supports 10/100Base-T Ethernet or 10/100/1000Base-T Ethernet. Its CMOS automatic backup and restore feature prevents accidental data loss of the BIOS set-up.
The industrial grade motherboard is compatible with other 1U, 2U, 4U, 5U and 7U chassis in the series. It is 304,8 x 228,6 mm in dimensions and has an onboard watchdog timer.
