New controller suitable for baking ovens

For automatic baking ovens used in smaller bakeries, food stores or service stations the Jumo iTron 04B controller - supplied locally by ASSTech Process Electronics & Instrumentation - offers easy and user-friendly 3-key operation.
The user inputs the required baking time, temperature in °C or °F and starts the process. The controller automatically sets an output to release the steam vent a few minutes before the oven door will be opened. The electronic and mechanical design withstands temperatures up to 60°C and the instrument is impervious to water condensation. The foil keyboard is hygienic and easy to clean.
The controller also has application in other food industries where temperature needs to be controlled within a fixed time period such as boiler control in butcheries, breeding, warming and drying cabinets and grills or fat fryers.
