Ampro's Little Board products are the industry's first products to comply with the new EBX standard for high integration, high performance PC/104-expandable single-board computers (SBCs). Each Ampro Little Board provides all the functions of complete PC/AT system, plus an extensive set of unique PC architecture enhancements for reliable operation in embedded environments.

Every Ampro Little Board includes Ampro's unique 'ruggedised' embedded-PC BIOS with special extensions for enhanced embedded system reliability and flexibility, including: failsafe boot; battery-free boot; watchdog-timer support; serial console; serial loader; SSD and SCSI support; advanced power management (APM) and OEM customisation 'hooks'.

The Little Board/P5i has superhigh performance and is highly integrated with: 166/133/100 MHz Intel Pentium CPU; up to 128 MB DRAM; 256K L2 cache; four serial ports; IEEE 1284 parallel port; PCI GUI-accelerated SVGA LCD/CRT display controller; PCI UltraSCSI; PCI enhanced-IDE; Ethernet LAN interface; plus other standard Little Board features. A PC/104-Plus expansion stack location allows system expansion via PC/104-Plus (PCI) modules, PC/104 (ISA) modules or a combination of both.

The Little Board/486i is a highly integrated PC/104-expandable SBC with 100 MHz 486DX CPU; up to 64 MB DRAM; four serial ports; IEEE 1284 parallel port; local bus GUI-accelerated SVGA CD/CRT display controller; Ethernet LAN interface; plus all standard Little Board features.
