The new Bluemark Cled printer from Phoenix Contact is equipped with UV-LED printer technology that ensures the labelling fluid is dried quickly using UV light. 24 LEDs are used to generate the required light intensity light on a surface. The technology offers the following advantages:
* High resistance to smearing and abrasion.
* Optimum resistance to chemicals.
* Solvent-free ink.
* Immediate printing without any warm-up time.
The printer can be used to label standard UniCard materials for labelling terminals, conductors and devices. The label strips are checked when they are drawn in and the print image can be automatically rotated by 180°. Using the front feed, label strips can also be individually fed in and printed.
The Bluemark Cled printer is a member of Phoenix Contact’s labelling system family. Labelling data is transmitted to the printer directly from the CAE system via the central Clip Project planning and marketing software.
