Rockwell Automation has launched a Recognised Systems Integrator Programme, along with a new online Partner Locator tool, to enhance the benefit of the company’s substantial Partner Network specialists. The new programme and the online tool form part of the company’s plan to provide a complete set of solutions designed to help customers get products and services to market faster, reduce total cost of ownership, better utilise power and plant-floor assetsand minimise risks.
Recognised Systems Integrators (RcSI) are a key part of Rockwell Automation’s solutions delivery channel. This new programme is designed to respond to end-user requirements and to make it easy for an end-user to pick the right partner based on their application and domain knowledge. Coupled with Rockwell Automation’s Technology, RcSIs can help end-users to get products and services to market faster and achieve a better return on investment for their capital expenditure.
End-users increasingly require more complex solutions adapted to their individual needs. Whilst they are focusing on the manufacturing process and output, they are looking for more efficient and flexible solutions delivered by trusted technology partners. These solutions need to be delivered on time and budget by preferred partners they can trust.
The established Partner Network includes substantial numbers of specialists in industries, applications, geographies, technologies and services around the world, including business enterprise, sales and solutions and product and technology partners ranging from product, industry and customer-specific relationships to global alliances.
This new programme is being launched in Europe, the Middle East, South Africa and Asia-Pacific. Already RcSIs and end-users are seeing tangible benefits from the programme, with recognition of their RcSI status leading to key market wins and total end-user satisfaction.
