Corrosion-resistant flanged ball valves

Valvtechnologies' flanged ball valves feature a bubble tight shut-off to ANSI FCI 70-2, which is achieved with an integral downstream seat that is protected from the flow path. Manufactured to ISO 9001, the valves have rocket applied metallic (RAM) hard coatings made up of 80% chrome and 20% nickel chrome with a hardness of 66-69 Rockwell C. This coating provides good corrosion resistance and is suitable for applications up to 1000°C.
A variety of pneumatic double acting and spring return actuators, electric motors or hydraulic actuators, in addition to gear operators, are available. The valves are sized, mounted and tested to meet the client's specification, and positioners and all accessories are readily available.
Various options are offered including bi-directional sealing, control trims, special end connections and hard coatings, various materials of construction, sizes up to 400 mm and pressure classes to ANSI 4500.
Each valve is serialised along with ID markings on all pressure containing parts. Seat testing is applied on all valves and test results are documented and maintained.
