Flue gas oxygen analyser with built-in diagnostics

The Thermox WDG 210/in-situ analyser is a cost-effective and durable flue gas oxygen analyser with built-in system diagnostics and over-temperature cell protection circuitry.

Designed for continuous use with a minimum of attention for either indoor or outdoor operation, the analyser is field serviceable with easy access to all components. The special design of the in-situ sensor allows the inner tube structure, where the oxygen cell and thermocouple/furnace assembly are housed, to be easily removed from the outer protection tube, which remains in the process. Since the inner probe is field serviceable, there is no need to return the probe to the factory, eliminating downtime and expensive repairs.

The microprocessor-based 210 controller provides menu-driven software, and its backlit, two-line display provides information on % oxygen, cell millivolts, cell temperature, thermocouple millivolts and time/date. The recorder output is fully scalable from 0 or 4, to 20 mA.

The in-situ probe has a display range from 0,1 to 100% O2 and an accuracy of ±3% of the measured value or ±0,1% oxygen, whichever is greater. Both controller and probe meet IP56 requirements, and components, alarms and current outputs are all field configurable. Typical applications include combustion control systems, gas, oil or coal-fired boilers, NOX reduction systems and shipboard boilers. Ametek/Thermox is represented locally by OEN Enterprises.
