The WDGIV/IQ smart oxygen analyser from Ametek Thermox is a close-coupled extractive oxygen analyser, which uses a zirconium oxide electrochemical cell for oxygen measurement. It is completely field serviceable, and all electronics are contained within the sensor. Set-up is simplified through a handheld or wall mount IQ link and RS485 communications are standard, or a HART option is available.
With an operating range from 0,1-100% oxygen, the analyser has an output from 0-1% to 0-100% oxygen and an accuracy ±2% of measured value or ±0,1% oxygen, whichever is greater. The analyser has a 63% response of a process step change in less than 3 s.
High dewpoint sensors are available for sample dewpoints up to 370°C. The alarm can be set to oxygen, start of calibration, start of verify, or both. The WDGIV/IQ is EMC and safety compliant and offers simplified and lower installation costs.
