High levels of sodium and silica can damage equipment like boilers and turbines leading to expensive maintenance as well as unplanned shutdowns. Using the 2300Na and 2800Si analysers for ultrapure water monitoring at sub-ppb levels, ensures the highest quality water is delivered. Any sodium or silica breakthrough of a polisher cation/anion resin is immediately detected at sub-ppb levels and contaminated water can be diverted before it reaches critical areas. These on-line analysers are ideal for pure water treatment cation/anion exchange monitoring, power steam quality monitoring and power condensate polisher monitoring.
