Novasina has a generation of high quality, smart water activity meters, LabTouch-aw, featuring ease of use and fast menu access via a touch-screen. This has been combined with a semi-temperature-stabilised measurement chamber for consistent and reproducible aw value measurement results.
By using the latest sensor and measurement technology, coupled with re-usable humidity calibration standards, they provide an economical and easy to use solution to precision water activity measurements. The active infrared sample temperature measurements coupled with the temperature stabilised chamber and the possibility to calibrate over the full measurement range make this instrument perfectly reliable.
All measurements are stored on an SD card and can be transferred to a PC or printer. Special software is available for viewing results and analysing data.
