Mettler Toledo’s next generation of Smart Sensing technology is the colour touch screen enabled M800 multi-parameter process analytical transmitter. The M800 provides simultaneous monitoring of up to four in-line sensors with intelligent sensor management (ISM) technology for measurement of pH/ORP, optical DO, amperometric oxygen, conductivity, resistivity, dissolved ozone and flow – in pure water as well as other chemical process applications.
ISM features plug and measure for fast sensor installation and start up, predictive maintenance information and dynamic sensor lifetime status. Thanks to iMonitor, the condition of each sensor is determined at a glance allowing preventive action before processes are affected. The colour touch screen provides intuitive operation with user selectable control and alarm management for challenging applications.

Simple operation through intuitive user interface – thanks to the intuitive menus and touch screen display, all operations from installation to system diagnostics are greatly simplified. Minimum training effort and easy handling ensure maximum convenience and minimum errors.
Lower cost of measurement per point – one unit covers the whole range of parameters for chemical process applications. Up to four sensors can be monitored with a single M800, significantly reducing installation and costs per measurement point.
Predictive diagnostics and improved maintenance management – the unique iMonitor concept allows users to monitor the status of every sensor at a glance and offers predictive information to improve maintenance management and avoid unplanned production shutdowns.
