Based on the maxims fast, efficient and always at your side, Endress+Hauser says its extensive service network and qualified service technicians ensure the necessary know-how to undertake both simple and complex applications across all industries.

To this end, it offers the following services for field devices:

* Commissioning and maintenance strategies.

* Calibration (on-site and ISO17025 traceable).

* Repairs and spare parts service.

* Helpdesk.

* Customised training.

Commissioning

Full commissioning and start-up services, from single devices to complete automation systems, are offered.

Calibration

Measuring instruments need to be calibrated on a regular basis to ensure the instrument’s ability to measure accurately and to ensure its measurement repeatability within a process environment. Calibration services include all aspects from on-site validation to accredited calibration in a laboratory.

Maintenance contracts

An evolving range of maintenance contracts enable Endress+Hauser Service to provide the appropriate level of support for peace of mind and optimised control of operational costs. Within the scope of contracts, a wide range of activities, from basic check-up through to pre-scheduled preventative maintenance (calibration) of quality and process critical equipment is offered. Customised consultation is integral to this service offering.

A dedicated team of trouble-shooters is always on hand to assist with breakdowns and on-site repairs. All the specialised tools required are at their disposal to provide fast and efficient diagnosis and repair.

Within the workshop, technical checks, preventative and reactive maintenance and calibration services are offered.

Helpdesk – 0861 347 378 (EHSERV)

The helpdesk offers technical support to customers undertaking their own repairs.

Customised training

Endress+Hauser is a one-stop supplier for training needs. All courses are conducted by professional trainers with extensive industry and application knowledge. Training can be customer specific and includes the principles of operation of a variety of methods not restricted to the Endress+Hauser product range.
