Measuring just 23 x 12 x 8 mm, the Leuze 2 Series sensors are considerably smaller than a matchbox. Yet these through-beam photoelectric sensors, retro-reflective photoelectric sensors and diffuse light scanners are capable of operating over ranges up to 2 metres.
Incorporating a small, homogenous and highly visible light spot generated by a PinPoint LED, the sensors are ideal for the detection of small parts in applications where space is limited, yet the need for optimum sensing capability exists.
These innovative sensors offer highly flexible solutions with good performance including a PNP/NPN output and light/dark switching. The housing is moulded for protection against environmental influences to Class IP 67. Mounting is simple with standard M3 screws for easy installation.
