The Ametek Thermox Remote Calibration Unit (RCU) ensures maximum confidence in the accuracy and stability of all Thermox WDG-IV/C/M, HP II, C/M, WDG-Insitu/2000 and WDG-Insitu/IQ oxygen and combustibles analysers. It allows unattended, automatic calibration to minimise labour costs.
The unit’s rugged stainless steel enclosure is fully weatherproof and corrosion-resistant for long life and minimal maintenance. Class 1, Div 2 certification for use in hazardous areas is available. The analyser is compatible with all new and existing Thermox WDG oxygen and combustibles analysers. Oxygen span calibration uses instrument air, while an alternative calibration gas input option allows for the use of certified calibration gas.
Based on a field-proven design pioneered by Ametek, Thermox analysers offer fast response, accuracy and ease of maintenance in a wide range of combustion efficiency applications.
