Inline flue gas oxygen analyser

The new Thermox WDG-1200 and WDG -1210 flue gas oxygen analysers combine the rugged reliability and serviceability of Thermox flue gas sensors with advanced electronic capabilities. The result is a flue gas oxygen analyser that offers accuracy, fast response and easy maintenance for a wide range of flue gas applications.

WDG-1200 includes an integrated controller with user interface, RS485 Modbus and 4-20 mA outputs, an optional remote calibration unit and built-in diagnostics. The controller features precision temperature control for optimum stability and over-temperature protection. The WDG-1210 has all of these features with the control electronics mounted remotely from the probe allowing for greater flexibility in inaccessible locations.

The design of the two analysers allows the entire sensor assembly, including the heater to be removed without disturbing the outer protection tube, which remains in the process. This makes field service fast and easy, and because there is no need to return the probe to the factory for repair, there is no expensive downtime. The 310 stainless steel probe also eliminates the need for an abrasion shield for most applications.
