The successfully launched Pressure M-Platform from Endress+Hauser now includes the new hydrostatic pressure sensor – Deltapilot M. The sensor is designed for use in level, volume and mass measurement in liquids and paste-like media. Modular instrument design ensures optimum adaptation to application requirements in process engineering and instrumentation across all industries. Deltapilot M also has all the relevant international approvals (ATEX, FM, CSA, NEPSI) for applications in hazardous areas.
The modular concept covers the entire M-Platform and comprises different process connections, housing materials, electronics and communication protocols. This contributes considerably to easy operation, flexibility in instrument selection as well as time and cost savings in commissioning and maintenance.
The range is equipped with the field proven Contite measuring cell. It gives high accuracy, is climate proof and insensitive to build up for measurements performed with high reproducibility even under fluctuating process conditions. Commissioning is quick and easy via a DIP switch on the electronic insert and a four-line display is available as an additional option.
Deltapilot M is available in the following versions:
* FMB50 – compact design.
* FMB51 – rod probe.
* FMB52 – cable probe.
* FMB53 – cable probe with anchor clamp.
The M-Platform range also includes the Cerabar M for process pressure measurement and the Deltabar M for differential pressure measurement.
