The Oldham LDS3000 from Sperosens is the latest offering in state-of-the-art laser-based process gas monitoring and control.
Advantages of the monitor include: high-precision, realtime monitoring using an in-situ method without interfering with the process, a fast response time (less than 1 second), automatically self-calibrating, requiring minimal maintenance, able to make measurements of raw gas with high dust load and at high temperature with no interference problems from other gases.
Readings are linear, eliminating any requirement for lengthy and expensive isokinetic calibration sampling. No requirement for expensive reference gases and the standard outputs (4-20 mA and relay) make the device a convenient and effective solution.
Typical applications include combustion control, DeNox, SCR/SNCR, bag house filter/particle filter, stack monitoring, analytical and process control.
The LDS3000 is effective equipment for optimising efficiency of plants and improving environmental control.
