The CODEL G-CEM4000 is an integrated gaseous emissions monitor which is able to monitor a wide range of gases in various applications. The unit monitors standard gases such as CO, CO2, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, water vapour, CH4 and HCL. Other gases can also be measured according to applications requirements. Normalised measurements which include temperature, pressure and oxygen are also available for standard supply.
Measurements are reported in ppm, % volume, mg/m³, mg/Nm³, kg/hr, tones per day etc, as per AQA legislative permit requirements. Additional measurements for dust and opacity as well as flow measurement can be integrated to form a complete emissions monitoring package.
Standard outputs are contact relay, 0/4-20 mA, RS232. Modbus and Profibus options are available as well as wireless communication. The SmarCEM fully diagnostic communication and data reporting package supplies complete reporting solutions including missions levels, trending, historical information, automatic reporting and event reporting.
Typical applications are found in areas such as:
* Coal fired power stations.
* Gas turbines.
* Oil refineries.
* Iron and steel.
* Cement factories.
* Chemical plants.
* Paper mills.
* Incinerators.
* Glass works.
Product approvals include Environmental Protection Agency, ISO, UKAS, SIRA and MCERTS.
