Schneider Electric has introduced the new range of Zelio Logic relays, designed for better and more complex management of simple automation systems.
The products offer greater intelligence on the relay, enabling customers to optimise control of their electrical environment, as well as automation for systems of up to 10 to 40 inputs and outputs. Two versions are available, Compact with fixed configurations, and Modular extension capability, both FBD and LADDER programming languages are supported.
Compact
The cost effective Zelio Logic Compact range provides solutions for simple applications comprising 10 to 20 I/O. The range is available with or without display, pushbuttons and clock.
Modular
Easy to assemble and easy to mount, the Zelio Logic products can be fixed without accessories and include a DIN rail or panel mounting with retractable fixing lugs. Additional electricity control features are included to minimise power consumption in sensitive applications.
“The demands in our industry are changing, and so is the technology,” says Kruben Bennie, Low-end Control product manager at Schneider Electric SA. “We believe the new range of Zelio Logic relays will offer clients the ability to adapt and evolve with the changing demands of their business, offering greater control where needed, and improved automation where required.”
Both ranges offer connectivity via analog or GSM modems, Ethernet, Bluetooth and direct cabling. Programming is simplified by the intuitive drag-and-drop features of the Zelio Soft 2 software, and built-in coherence testing has been incorporated for improved safety.
