The IMR7500 which has been added to the extensive range of gas detection and emission monitoring products within Sperosens is a system for continuous emission monitoring of flue gases.
The analyser is equipped with a built-in display for online applications
The system offers the following features:
* Simultaneous measurement as well as display of measured concentrations of up to six gases.
* Elimination of cross interference of gases through mathematical interpolation.
* Automatic zero calibration at specified pre-programmed intervals.
* A modular system including a probe.
* Heated sampling line and a pump.
* Gas conditioning system.
* Filter electrochemical sensors.
* Ability to integrate with five monitors.
* Improved combustion control and management over combustion pollutants.
* Low maintenance.
The system has been designed to measure the concentration of the following gases in flue emissions exhausting into the atmosphere: O2, CO, NO, NO2, SO2, H2S and CO2 or CxHy.
Typical applications for the technology include: emissions monitoring, furnace optimisation, environmental monitoring and combustion control.
