The new IN-PRESS pressure meters by Bronkhorst High-Tech are modular instruments of rugged design in accordance with IP65. They can be combined with close-coupled control valves to form compact digital pressure controllers, whereby pressure ranges are measured and controlled from 0-400. The instruments are ATEX approved for use in Category 3, Zone 2 hazardous areas.
Analog (input/output) I/O signals and an RS232 interface are featured. In addition to this there is the possibility of integrating an interface for supporting DeviceNet, Profibus-DP, Modbus or FLOW-BUS protocols is optional. The basic unit features (proportional integral differential) PID control and alarm and diagnostic functions are provided.
Atex approved pressure meter with PID control
Applications can be found in process control systems as for example in food, chemical and petrochemical plants.
