Ametek's convective flue gas analysers are designed for applications with high particulate levels in gas streams. The WDG-HPII and WDG-HPIIC analysers mount directly on the combustion process to provide continuous measurement of oxygen or oxygen and combustibles.
The analysers are suitable for gas streams up to 700°C using the standard 316SS probe and filter assembly. Flue gas temperatures up to 1500°C can be measured using optional high temperature probes. For corrosive gas streams, sample wetted parts in Hastelloy or Inconel probes are available. The analysers are provided with a range of mounting options, for hazardous areas purged or explosion-proof versions are available.
The WDG-HPII and WDG-HPIIC analysers are suitable for use in a variety of furnaces, boilers, cement kilns and incinerators. Various configurations are available depending on application and hazard area classifications.
