The new CPY20 integer-numbered pH buffer solutions from Endress+Hauser are produced and bottled under highly hygienic conditions in a specially developed mixing and bottling plant. These production conditions guarantee the long shelf life of 18 months. Traceable to PTB (Physikalisch Technische Bundesanstalt, Braunschweig) reference material, and standard reference material of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology). The CPY20 solutions cover the full pH measurement range.
Customers can enter the buffer lot number on the company's website and download individual buffer analysis certificates. These certificates contain a basic product description, detailed information regarding the exact measured pH value, date of production and shelf life, as well as the lot numbers and nominal pH values of the used standards. Additionally, the traceability procedure is given in-depth. The certificate, therefore, fulfils demanding customer requirements, especially for stringent industries such as pharmaceutical manufacturing.
The CPY20 range is currently available from Endress+Hauser and can be obtained in three sizes, 250 ml, 1 litre and 5 litre canisters. The popular solutions, pH 4.00 and pH 7.00, are also available as package options, including 20 flasks of 18 ml for single use applications.
