Sufficient supply of clean drinking water from resources is a prerequisite for life and survival on Earth. Pressure monitoring
To enable the supply of drinking water to even the remotest consumer, pumping stations are necessary, ensuring sufficient levels of water pressure. Consumer expectations are high with regards to the quality of the water and the minimum water pressure. The pressure of the water is therefore continuously monitored and regulated.
The Vegabar 52 pressure transmitter is suitable for this measurement application. The measuring cell is not affected by pressure variations and all materials which are in contact with the medium conform to food standards, therefore also ideally suited for drinking water.
