Flue gas analysers

The IQ analysers from Thermox offer automatic calibration, analog output, alarm, self-diagnostics and network communications. By incorporating smart sensor technology for flue gas analysis into the IQ line, installation is simplified, installation cost is reduced and operation is made easier.

Wall-mounted or handheld IQ links can be used to set up and display output for a single unit, while the Series 2000 Host Control Unit allows the user to set up or display sensor data for up to 32 units. The IQ sensors are used to measure oxygen, oxygen and combustibles, oxygen and methane, combustibles and methane as well as across-the-stack CO. The analysers are best suited for process applications where optimum combustion efficiency is desired. Thermox offers a variety of sampling techniques in their flue gas analysers. The IQ line offers users the ability to set up and monitor various flue gas sampling points ranging from combustion source to stack, from a single control point.
