The TC6621 and TC6622 calibrators are user-friendly and robust instruments, which make the maintenance and commissioning of temperature transmitters and probes easier. These calibrators measure and generate thermocouples or resistance temperature detectors.
These instruments have various ranges and specific functions such as scaling and ramping, and because of this they are well adapted for various process applications. They have a high accuracy of 0,02% of reading. The TC6621 and TC6622 are very low temperature coefficient, measuring 10 ppm/°C in thermocouples and 7 ppm/°C in RTDs, even if it is being operated in harsh environmental conditions (accuracies are not modified). The calibrators have measurement and simulation of 14 thermocouples and 12 RTD types.
The TC6621 and TC6622 are designed with a graphic display, which makes reading and programming easier. The simulation function offers simple and cyclical ramps, synthesizer mode, steps mode and scaling. The measurement function offers calibrated sensors, scaling and data recording. These calibrators feature interface language, display resolution, date and time display, display contrast, filter, hold, delay function, statistics and embedded software update.
