Variable fieldbus displays available in IS version

Fieldbus & Industrial Networking
The Beka 8 range of variable fieldbus displays can display up to eight fieldbus process variables. The large 68x45 mm backlit display can be easily read, and this type of display is preferred by many customers to the alternative of small, difficult to read displays incorporated in fieldbus transmitters. The range includes general purpose and intrinsically safe displays for field or panel mounting.
Nine selectable standard screen formats are available containing one, two, three or four variables, with units of measurement, tag descriptions and bar graphs on some screens. The use of standard screens simplifies engineering, but if required, custom screens for an application can be created.
The fieldbus displays are available as Foundation Fieldbus H1 and Profibus PA versions. The Foundation Fieldbus H1 version is user configurable to support eight process variable multiple analog output function blocks or to support eight process variables using two input selector function blocks. The Profibus PA version supports eight analog output blocks.
Displays are widely used in industries requiring operator input such as batch chemical and pharmaceuticals or in applications requiring manual input such as using a bypass valve to maintain manual control during maintenance on control valves in all continuous process industries. The large backlit easily readable display with process variable, tag, unit status and bar graph options, provided by the Beka 8 variable fieldbus display is liked by most end users in these applications.
