ABB, a leader in power and automation technologies, has introduced a new range of efficient and reliable gas analysers in South Africa. The EasyLine Series includes continuous measuring gas analysers for many industrial processes such as emissions measurement, combustion processes and stack gas analysis.
"Our new gas analysers are reliable and cost effective," says Dries Griessel, product manager of ABB's analysers business in South Africa. "They are also smart and simple to use." The series includes the Uras26 NDIR photometer, Caldos27 thermal conductivity analyser and the Magnos206 magneto-mechanical oxygen analyser.
The new photometer can be combined with an additional analyser in one housing, resulting in compact and effective solutions for emissions measuring (CO, NO, SO2 and O2) and other specialised process measurements (H2 with CO/CO2). The analysers are also suitable for measuring CO2 together with low levels of CO and for emissions trading and stack gas analysis. A new feature of EasyLine is calibration with automatic time control.
ABB enables utility and industry customers to improve performance while lowering environmental impact. The ABB Group of companies operates in around 100 countries and employs some 103 000 people.
