The CODEL G-CEM4000 is an integrated gaseous emissions monitor which is able to monitor a wide range of gases in various applications. Since its launch, due to high accuracy and reliability, over 100 units have been supplied in to industry.
The G-CEM4000 monitors standard gases such as CO, CO2, NO, NO2, NOx, SO2, Water Vapour, CH4, HCl, etc. Other gases can also be measured according to applications requirements. Normalised measurements which include temperature, pressure and oxygen are also available. Measurements are reported in ppm, % volume, mg/m3, mg/Nm3, Tonnes per day, etc, as per legislative permit requirements. Standard outputs are contact relay, 0/4 to 20 mA, RS232 as well as communication and data reporting using the CODEL IEM software package or EPA Prolog CEMS software. Line drivers can also be used. Approvals include Environmental Protection Agency, ISO, NAMAS, UKAS, SIRA and MCERTS which exceeds the requirements of EPA and TUV.
Applications include coal fired power stations, gas turbines, oil refineries, iron and steel, cement, chemical plants, paper mills, incinerators and glass works.
