EasySystem is a compact gas analyser that can be adapted to customer-specific applications. Typical application areas comprise room air monitoring, landfill gas monitoring, silo, warehouse and fruit store monitoring, hardening and sewage plants. Further applications would include: O2 purity measurements, industrial gas filling, biofermenters, CH4 biogas motor measurements, combustion process monitoring.
The basic Afriso Euro-Index EasySystem consists of an analysis module (infrared, paramagnetic, heat conductivity) contained in a wall-mounted housing. It is suitable for the measurement of, among other things, CO, CO2, CH4, NO, SO2, O2 and H2 (max two components). The basic version features a gas pump, a flowmeter and a gas filter at the front plate. This basic version is an autonomous system for simple applications.
Numerous options are available to adapt the basic EasySystem to complex applications: gas cooler with automatic condensate removal, external gas sensor, condensate and flow monitoring, temperature control for heated lines and monitoring of the sample probe and of test gas valves. All these options can be combined as required.
The system is operated via menus through four buttons. A backlit two-line display provides all the required information. EasySystem provides comprehensive self-diagnostics with error messages and is easy to calibrate without test gases.
