After numerous requests from its clients, Sperosens expanded its existing LED range and developed a few LED variance products with unique features and advantages for its niche market. LED lights are a viable option in warning light applications, offering savings and reliability.
The company has developed a 'spot-LED utility lamp' which offers the following unique features and applications: high-bright white LED light, built-in redundancy (no catastrophic failures), shock resistant, single or double sided, 12 hour battery back-up, built-in charger, reduced cost of ownership (estimated life span of five years), low power consumption, and IP65 rating.
The lamp will run (or charge) from a 110 or 220 V a.c. supply. The housings are made from powder coated mild steel or stainless steel, with a tough, polycarbonate lens and a shock/vibration resistant rubber mounting ring.
The lamps are well suited for applications requiring back-up lighting (inside refuge bays in case of power failure, etc) - or as a rechargeable mobile light.
