New enterprise integration application

At a recent series of breakfasts, Futuristix announced the immediate availability of the Production Event Modules and the Wonderware Enterprise Integration Application, as well as the imminent release of InTouch v9.5, IndustrialSQL Server v9.0 and Active Factory v9.0.

The release of the Futuristix Software Toolbox was also announced. This is a range of off-the-shelf peripheral products that have been developed around Futuristix's mainstream Wonderware range of products to help customers get the most from their industrial automation investment.

Production Event Modules are ArchestrA modules that are based on the S95 Production Performance Model. They capture and record production related events such as materials consumed or produced and production data such as product quality, machines/equipment used and personnel information. This is achieved while maintaining context integrity and using standards rather than custom-built applications.

Wonderware's Enterprise Integration Application is a link between manufacturing and business systems allowing for the bi-directional flow of relevant information in the right context and at the right time.
