Circuit Breaker Industries (CBI) has launched the E1000 series of operator terminals. Boasting the latest in ergonomic design, flexibility, performance, hardware and software, the series is believed to represent a major step forward in functionality and open systems standards, illustrating that HMI technology can be the key to integrated automation.
The E1000 series of control units uses the latest Mitsubishi technology and offers comprehensive communications support including networking, Internet, SMS mobile text messaging, multilanguage user interfaces, and dual driver support.
By combining the latest Intel XScale processor with 32 MB of internal StrataFlash memory and 64 MB of RAM, the E1000 offers high performance and security, running CE.NET as the foundation for the operating system. RS232, RS422/485, USB Version 1.1 and Ethernet ports are integrated, making connection fast and simple.
