Analysers for nitrogen/sulphur in diesel/petrol

A range of sulphur and nitrogen process analysers, utilising Pyro-fluorescent sulphur and Pyro-chemiluminescent nitrogen technology to provide fast, precise measurement of liquid, LPG and gas samples is available from OEN Enterprises. With a 250 ppb to % levels sensitivity, Antek Instruments' 6200 Series analysers have a programmable cycle time from 2,5 to 15 minutes per stream and built-in dual range and multistream capabilities.

No environmentally hazardous catalysts, reagents, tapes or other wastes are used, nor is a radioactive licence required. Easy to operate and maintain, the analysers eliminate matrix effects, CO₂ interference and operate without columns. The highly reliable six-port rotary injection valve is isolated from electronic components, yet easily accessible for routine maintenance. A membrane dryer thoroughly removes moisture before the sample enters the detector and the built-in pressure regulators ensure dependable flow of utility gases. A realtime on-screen view of the analysis progress, including furnace and detector temperatures is possible, and a touchscreen provides access to calibration, validation, alarm and troubleshooting features.

Three types of analysers are included in the series. The nitrogen model is designed for rapid analysis of liquid or gas samples for totally chemically bound nitrogen, while the sulphur model is designed for rapid analysis of liquid or gas samples for total sulphur. The third type is a combined nitrogen/sulphur analyser.
