Automatic burner control system

Durag's D-GF 200 Series automatic burner management system is intended to control and monitor any type of gas or oil burner. The control functions include prepurge, ignition and solenoid valve control through to the enabling of the output regulation. In conjunction with Durag's flame sensors, the burner management system is capable of monitoring flames of different fuels and combustion techniques in single burner or multiburner systems.

Different UV and IR flame sensors are available to optimally adapt the system to local conditions. Sensitivity may be set to one of 10 levels using a rocker switch on the front panel of the control unit. The flame failure response time may be fixed between one and five seconds, depending on fuel and operating conditions.

The flexible program sequence may be adjusted to the plant's requirements in applications ranging from large power stations to small remote heating plants, as well as in chemical processes or thermal flue gas combustion systems. Durag is represented locally by OEN Enterprises.
