The ECA450 analyser from Bacharach is a simple, easy-to-use, portable industrial-grade combustion efficiency and environmental analyser. With its user-friendly interface, ECA450 calculates the combustion efficiency of furnaces, boilers and other industrial combustion equipment. It generates reliable measurements that help to improve overall combustion efficiency, reduces fuel costs and ensures emissions compliance.
The standard instrument is equipped with O2 and CO sensors and measures combustion efficiency, excess air, CO2, stack/flue gas temperature, primary/ambient air temperature, draft, DP and O2 reference. Two other models are available, both offering the basic features of the standard model. One unit is equipped with an NO sensor; while the other is equipped with NO, CO (high range), combustibles, NO2, and SO2 sensors.
The ECA450 is ideally suited for plant maintenance engineers, industrial boiler/furnace service technicians, energy coordinators, compliance officers, and environmental auditors who conduct combustion and emissions tests to ensure that equipment operates efficiently and environmental regulations are met.
