Multigas analyser

Ametek's Model 922 multigas analyser is a 19" rack-mounted unit that can be integrated into CEM systems, or used alone for a variety of gas monitoring applications. Up to five different gas types can be monitored simultaneously, and the high-resolution design of better than 0,02 nm, provides a good linear analyser response, resulting in simple, robust data analysis. Powerful data processing capabilities are provided and both analog and digital outputs are available with serial communications via the optional Modbus protocol.

For extended SO₂ measurement, the analyser can be configured to measure SO₂ on two different ranges: Low range SO₂ and high range SO₂ uses SO₂ absorption lines of differing absorption coefficient in different regions of the UV spectrum. This provides an accuracy of better than 1% of reading within the 100 ppm to 2% range and an accuracy of better than 1 ppm in the 0 to 100 ppm range. Range switching is performed automatically.
