Metso portable conductivity measurement series 3000

Metso’s new intelligent series 3000 portable conductivity measurement is capable of measurements ranging from ultrapure water conductivity to strong acid concentrations. It is ideal for power plant and pharmaceutical applications where high degrees of accuracy are essential.
The instrument is typically used as a reference for certification/verification of field instruments and to ensure accurate measurements in laboratories. The 3000 series is based on the 4-electrode principle and is designed for harsh field conditions as well as laboratory use.
The portable 3000 will replace the previous portable series 340, which has proved a great success over many years for a variety of customers. Features include:
* High measurement performance: significantly increased precision (5x).
* Optimised sampling rate and fast operation: up to five times faster sampling rate.
* New user interface: powered by a new software foundation for easy operation and improved response from the keyboard buttons.
* New design: half the weight and thinner than the 340, the user-friendliness has been improved significantly.
