Novasina has introduced its next generation of high quality, smart water activity meters – LabTouch-aw. These meters are easy to use through a fast menu access touch-screen combined with a semi temperature stabilised measurement chamber for consistent and reproducible measurement results.
By using the latest sensor and measurement technology coupled with re-usable humidity calibration standards, they provide an economical and easy to use solution for precision water activity measurements. The active infrared sample temperature measurement technique coupled with the temperature stabilised chamber and the possibility to calibrate over the full measurement range, make this an extremely reliable instrument.
All measurements are stored on an SD card and so can be transferred to a PC or printer. Special software is available for viewing results and analysing data.
