Instead of the normal Technical Evening in October, a group of us met at a new micro-brewery in Modderfontein for a social evening, it was the all-girl brewery’s first group beer tasting event. A good social evening ensued that involved a background to the brewing process and the different beer styles, tastes and ingredients that create the flavours. We got to taste a selection of different beer styles and were required to put pen to paper with our interpretation of the tastes, look and overall impression of the products.
The Johannesburg branch takes five for a photo at the micro-brewery.
