The Jhb branch holds its monthly meetings at the Rivonia sports grounds on Achter Street, Rivonia. The meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month and we have a few interesting and informative technical presentations planned, so join us for a snack, a drink and some networking opportunities with like minded people.
We are busy planning some site visits that should not to be missed, the announcements are generally made at the monthly meetings and the events are mostly fully booked in advance. As has been the case the last few years, October is usually focused around learning something about beer, and for those who want there is normally some tasting involved. As usual, we will end the year off with another year-end function, probably involving a show and some dinner.
If you wish to add any ideas we are always willing to listen, please speak to any of the committee members or post an idea on the Jhb forum that can be found at www.saimc.net. Please remember to visit the website for updates, also use the platform for open discussions or to throw ideas around.
