At the recent Durban branch AGM, outgoing chairman Vinesh Maharaj presented the annual report highlighting the activities of the branch during the past year. He concluded by thanking all the committee members for their efforts in running the branch and contributing to its success during 2010. The new committee was voted in via a web poll – a first for the SAIMC – and the results were as follows:

* Chairman – TBA at the first committee meeting.

* Vice chairman – Vinesh Maharaj.

* Treasurer – Dean Trattles.

* Secretary – John de Castro.

* Ordinary members – Kevin McElroy, Jane van der Spuy, Paul Sikhakhane, Hennie Prinsloo.

* Co-opted members – John Owen Ellis, Eddie Mohlmann.
