The year started with a bang and before we realised it is April already. The Secunda branch had its AGM early in January when an exciting committee was selected. Peter Zietsman retained the chair and to support him is Kobus Reineke as secretary and Fronnie Knoetse as treasurer, other members are Rikus Kriel, Piet van Rensburg, Dennis Hoffman, Gerhard Stein, Brian Edwards, Allan Dogerty and Jannie Naude. The committee members are all excited and promise that this will be a good year.

Branch challenge
Every year this seems to be a two-horse race between Secunda and Johannesburg. Other branches please try this year to compete for branch of the year and let us grow the competition. Remember the rule, your entries must be in at the secretariat at least a week before the AGM and not be filled in just prior to the council meeting. This is your chance to show what you have got, but remember, you must supply the proof.
