Parker Hannifin brings advanced motion technologies to the World RX

July 2025 News

Parker Hannifin, global leader in motion and control technologies, is back on the FIA World Rallycross Championship (World RX) grid, teaming up once again with the CE Dealer Team by Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) to push the limits of sustainable performance in one of motorsport’s toughest arenas.

Racing all-electric rallycross cars against sustainably fuelled internal combustion vehicles, the ‘Battle of the Technologies’ format showcases how clean tech can compete at the highest level of motorsport. Drivers relish the challenge, taking on tracks specially built and maintained by Volvo CE’s state-of-the-art off-road machines, all powered by Parker technologies. “Sustainable and efficient motion technologies can thrive even in one of motorsport’s toughest arenas,” said vice president Henrik Albrektson. “Our continued partnership with the CE Dealer Team by Volvo CE reflects Parker’s expertise in developing cutting-edge technologies for high-performance environments.”

Behind every thrilling rallycross race is a carefully crafted track and that’s where Parker’s technologies come in. Integrated into Volvo CE’s machines, Parker’s motion and control solutions help shape the terrain with precision and power. From sculpting dirt jumps to fine-tuning sharp corners, every venue must be race-ready and built to perform. Among the machines that will feature this season are the Volvo EC230 electric excavator, the Volvo L120 and L25 electric wheel loaders and the Volvo L90H, fitted with advanced Parker technology that delivers precision, durability and energy efficiency.
