Beckhoff has introduced four new vision units to its VUI2000 series. These units combine a camera, illumination, and liquid lens technology to streamline installation. Housed in anodised aluminum with an IP65/67 rating, the units are available with colour or monochrome sensors, offering resolutions of 2, 3, or 3.1 MP and a focal length of 16 mm. They are factory-calibrated and facilitate precise focus adjustments ranging from 10 to 2000 mm. Additionally, they account for temperature variations through continuous measurement using a mathematical model.
