simple flow and pressure monitoring with multifunctional LCD/LED monitors

The new multifunctional SR3000 monitors from IFM Electronic evaluate, indicate and are able to provide two sensor signals. By means of a LCD display and LEDs, all information can be read at a glance. When two pressure sensors are connected, filters can be monitored with two analog inputs and when two flow sensors are connected, the consumption or difference of cooling water can be measured.

The two-line LCD display indicates the values of the two sensors and compares the difference, while additional LEDs indicate the switching states of the outputs. The units offered for pressure sensors include bar, mbar, kPa, MPa and psi, while cm/s, m/s, litre/m and GMP are options for the flow sensors.

All settings are easily adjustable by pressing a button: whether minimum or maximum of the first sensor, minimum or maximum of the difference or signal equalising of both sensors.

Via three relay outputs, all set parameters are ready for processing. Leakage and consumption of cooling water, as well as filter clogging can be determined easily and at low cost using the type SR3000 monitors.
