Corrosion resistant latches, catches and hinges

Enclosure Solutions is offering a comprehensive range of locally manufactured 304 and 316 grade locking and hinging devices. The hinges range from 32 mm, for lightweight applications, through to 100 mm, for the more heavy-duty applications. They are available for both pedestal and offset or for flush mount applications.

The lock range includes the standard 16Ø punch hole 6 mm square drive round front panel lock, the 8 mm square drive padlockable through to the padlockable three point lever lock. The round front panel lock together with the internal shaft O-ring and the bezel seal ensure an IP65 rating.

The latching, catching and hinging devices are suitable for the following industries:

* Food and beverage.

* Boating and maritime.

* Telecommunications.

* Recreational vehicle.

* Rail.

* Power distribution.

Typically, the hinges are manufactured from 16 diameter round bar milled with a flat on one side to facilitate stable mounting. Aesthetically pleasing, the range is manufactured using CNC milling and turning machines, this allows consistently close tolerances to be attained.
