IMS2 soft starters are suited to a variety of industrial applications such as pumps, conveyor belts, crushers and fans. The range is available in current ratings from 18 A up to 1574 A. The motor connection (3-wire or 6-wire) and supply voltage is automatically determined for the correct application from 200 up to 690 V a.c.
The motor current is ramped up to the user-set start current limit and remains at the programmed set point until full speed is reached, and then falls to normal run levels.

* Phase sequence protection.
* Thermistor protection.

* RS485 serial port.
* Local/remote operation.
